I
wish I could say that I have been painting many
Wishful Paintings, but I have gotten stuck for about two months. My Wishful Paintings mean so much to me that I just can't create them unless I am really feeling it. I do have a list of ideas, but until I finish my current one, I am just not willing to move on. Stubborn...probably. I have, however created a new batch of my little reproductions. Ben cuts 4"x4" and 6"x6" squares and drills a hole at an angle in the back and then I mount my prints to the blocks of wood that I paint black and then I varnish them. They are an inexpensive way to get my wishes out there and share in the good mojo. I will be taking this group to
Chicago this weekend, but they are also for sale in my
Etsy shop if you are looking for a nice gift for someone. Maybe you!

Aren't they cute? |
Yes they are cute, and a great idea too, love how they look. Hope you make it past your current 'speed bump' with your 'wishful' piece soon, I've hit a speed bump or two myself (blogged about it)
ReplyDeleteThank you Bren. I will have to head over to your blog to read how you worked your way over your "speed bump"!
