The other ladies in the class were so supportive and fun to be around. It was truly an enjoyable and creative time for me. There was no pressure, just fun. Kristen is in the middle with apron and to her left is on of our super sweet artists Mary Nasser. It was great getting to hang out with her for the evening also.
kae pea's Vision Board and Wishing Stones Workshop at Wood Icing |
Here is my vision board so far. I don't feel that I am finished, but I am close. I plan to display it in my bedroom so I can be reminded of my vision of my life every morning before the day gets too busy.

BTW, these photos were taken before I got my new camera!
:)Aww Heather!! I am so glad to be a part of Wood Icing. And even more glad to call you friend. If I play any part of being an inspiration to you I am very honored.Thank you for such a sweet post and I LOVE your inspiration board! xokp
ReplyDeleteWish I knew how to put a heart symbol here because that's what I would do if I could. Looking forward to getting together tomorrow! :)
DeleteLooks like it was a great workshop. I love your vision board. I love the words you've chosen and especially the quote, 'I call it work, but there's nothing I'd rather do'. That's what work should be, shouldn't it?
ReplyDeleteThat's my favorite quote on there too! I have always felt guilty calling art, work because I enjoy it so much but it is my work. That phrase puts it into perspective doesn't it?
DeleteI loved taking this workshop with you, Heather! Your vision board is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteIt was so fun sitting next to you and letting our creativity pour out!
Looking forward to seeing you again at Wood Icing soon,
Mary
You were a great creative partner and I am glad we got to sit by each other too!
DeleteYour visionboard is truly beautiful. I like the way you worked with the letter stamps too, and i agree about that quote.
ReplyDeleteThank you Koosje. These letter stamps are very new to me, but I am really loving them.
DeleteI'm inspired by your vision board Heather. Thank you so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks Nicole!
DeleteFollow your muse, indeed! I love your vision board, beautiful quotes and nudges, and I love the sunny, positive yellow/orange paired with the blue :)
ReplyDeleteI know what you're saying about workshops - I haven't in years, either! Should find me a good one, this looks like so much fun!!
I highly recommend it Yvonne. Between this and the Creative Courage course I feel like a new artist. Definitly revitalized.
