Dream in, Stress out. That was my breathing mantra as I tried to fall asleep last night. I usually have a panic attack just as I am trying to go to sleep on Sunday evenings. I think I get excited about the week to come and stressed about all the things on my list to do. I usually do deep breathing to help with my anxiety and lately using mental words help even more. I fell asleep and had stress free dreams all night! Just thought I would share in case that might be helpful to you.
Below is one of my new paintings. I just posted it on Etsy last week. Red Reflection is one of my abstracted landscapes with colors I love to use together. Can you see the green through the blue and red on bottom and orange on top? That is one of my favorite little details.

Love the color palette, good luck with your sale. When I went through a period of having bad dreams my sister told to say the following before going to bed . . . "I will NOT dream of pink fluffy bunnies". Not sure if it worked but it did make me giggle.
